• Tuesday 7 January 2025 Year 2 French Epiphany Lesson This week in France many people celebrate the Epiphany on the 6th January and eat the famous cake, the Galette des Rois, with a hidden charm inside. Whoever gets the charm in their slice becomes King or Queen for the day and wears a crown. Year 2 made crowns in their French lesson this week to celebrate this.

• Thursday 19 December 2024 Year 5 and 6 French Cultural Links Alongside the children’s language learning in their weekly lessons, we believe there is enormous value in the development of cultural awareness through establishing links with schools in France and French speaking countries further afield.
• Friday 13 December 2024 House Charity Day Thank you so much for your generous support for the first House charity day this school year. Charities that they would like to support this year are chosen by the children who then organise awareness and promtion of thois during the day in school.
